Serves as a strategic liaison between Finance and IT, leading requirements discovery, process analysis, solution definition, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and user acceptance testing. The role supports financial systems, ERP and transformation initiatives, coordinates vendors and project stakeholders, and improves processes involving general ledger, payables, receivables, financial close, budgeting, and reporting.

The Buyer manages maintenance and production purchasing, replenishes inventory, negotiates supplier pricing and terms, places and tracks orders, resolves invoice discrepancies, maintains supplier records and inventory data, and ensures purchasing policies are followed. The role requires procurement experience, knowledge of production and maintenance parts, bilingual communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, urgency, autonomy, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

Process and verify billing transactions, investigate and correct irregularities, issue invoices and credits, maintain organized billing documentation, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate transaction recording. The role requires bilingual French and English communication, accounting or related education, intermediate Excel skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor M3.
