Perform plant and production area cleaning and maintenance, snow removal, painting, and confined-space work. Operate forklifts and fill in for production operators as needed, maintaining safe plant conditions.

Designs, implements, and evaluates organizational development, learning, talent management, leadership development, performance management, engagement, and change initiatives. Analyzes talent metrics and feedback, supports Workday HRIS setup and reporting, facilitates workshops, partners with managers on development and change, and contributes to continuous People & Culture improvements.

Temporary laboratory technician supporting quality team to perform physico-chemical analyses (ICP, LECO, spectrometers, pH, NIR), document and interpret results, develop and follow methods for food/agricultural matrices, support production and ensure QA compliance.
