The Quality Engineer ensures manufacturing process capability and stability, addresses customer quality issues, and implements quality control measures.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA automation and AI agent solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio). Build integrations with ERP, MES, OA and other systems, optimize workflows for stability and efficiency, produce technical documentation and training, and provide user support.

Support and execute HR initiatives across multiple business units, implement HR policies, manage talent acquisition and high-volume recruitment, handle employee relations, training, performance management, payroll administration, and ensure compliance with Mexican Labor Law. Supervise HR operations, manage union and non-union personnel, and drive continuous HR process improvements.
