Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA automation and AI agent solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio). Build integrations with ERP, MES, OA and other systems, optimize workflows for stability and efficiency, produce technical documentation and training, and provide user support.

Administer, maintain, upgrade, and secure the Infor LN ERP. Manage MS SQL Server databases, build and support integrations, control user access and security, optimize performance, handle incidents and disaster recovery, and maintain technical documentation.

Coordinates day-to-day import/export operations, ensuring compliance and timely processing of shipments. Collaborates with customs brokers and freight forwarders, manages documentation and invoicing, and assists with projects.
