Manage automotive OEM customer accounts from RFQ through end of production, including relationship development, contract and pricing negotiations, quotations, project coordination, customer site visits, forecasting, sales strategy, accounts receivable, and inventory control. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program management teams while pursuing new business and meeting sales targets. Travel to customer sites at least 20%.

Maintains accurate accounting records and financial reporting for the Mexico service and management platform. Records transactions in INFOR, processes accounts payable and receivable, performs bank, supplier, fixed asset, and intercompany reconciliations, and manages CFDI documentation. Supports payments, collections, audits, tax calculations, month-end closing, and continuous process improvement while ensuring compliance with Mexican accounting and tax requirements.

Leads the plant’s environmental, health, and safety strategy, ensuring Mexican legal and corporate compliance. Oversees risk assessment, serious incident investigations, hazardous-energy and high-risk activity controls, audits, emergency preparedness, industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental programs, PPE, training, metrics, budgets, suppliers, and SHE team development.
