Analyzes HR, statistical, and clinical data to identify trends, outcomes, and actionable insights. Prepares accurate reports and studies, maintains data integrations and databases, supports special projects, and partners with leaders. The role also focuses on data integrity, process automation, and developing on-demand descriptive analytics tools.

Leads the full product lifecycle for Sanford Health Plan products, including market analysis, product strategy, development, launch, performance evaluation, enhancement, and retirement. Translates customer and market needs into product requirements, manages budgets and business cases, coordinates cross-functional teams, evaluates competitive positioning, supports digital marketing efforts, ensures regulatory compliance, and communicates product strategy and performance to leadership and governance stakeholders.
