Monitor daily attendance, follow up unexplained absences, analyse attendance data, produce reports, maintain intervention records, liaise with tutors, students, parents and external agencies, coordinate support for at-risk students and contribute to attendance improvement initiatives.

Lead administration, development and adoption of Moodle and other learning technologies. Manage integrations, access, reporting and platform performance. Design and deliver staff training, drive organisation-wide digital adoption, evaluate emerging educational technologies (including AI), support pilots, and develop governance and best-practice documentation to improve teaching, learning and assessment.

Support adult learners to develop essential digital skills through one-to-one, small-group and classroom assistance. Help learners use Microsoft 365, online platforms and assistive technology, adapt materials for individual needs, monitor progress, maintain records, act as scribe/reader/invigilator, encourage engagement and collaborate with tutors, managers and external agencies to coordinate learner support.
