Implement, customize, and integrate IBM Maximo Service Platform with ERP systems. Lead upgrades, testing, go-lives, and integrations; provide troubleshooting, end-user training, solution testing, and continuous improvement to support Sandvik's aftermarket service operations.

Provide hands-on quality engineering support for rotary drill assembly, review drawings/specs, manage supplier and incoming quality, lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, support continuous improvement and audits, and train junior personnel.

Sell products and services to small and medium customers in a geographic territory. Retain and grow existing accounts, generate new business, assess customer needs, recommend solutions, negotiate and close sales, gather market intelligence, and create and execute sales plans to meet targets.
