Serves as the technical subject matter expert for surface drilling products, supporting customers, sales areas, factories, and service teams. Leads complex troubleshooting, installations, repairs, inspections, warranty investigations, product launches, corrective campaigns, and operational readiness. Provides technical training, coaching, project leadership, product feedback, and application advice while supporting new product development and safety initiatives. Requires advanced surface drilling expertise, automation and control systems knowledge, strong customer-facing skills, and willingness to travel globally.

Provides advanced end-user and infrastructure support in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows devices, networks, servers, printers, RF scanners, and Wi-Fi; administering Active Directory; monitoring and patching servers; managing IT assets in a CMDB; supporting onboarding and offboarding; participating in IT projects; maintaining documentation; and coordinating with vendors and global IT teams.

Build customer relationships, promote Sandvik Coromant tooling and services, identify new business, grow market share, consult on CNC machining applications, collaborate on customer solutions, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools. The role requires technical sales expertise, communication and negotiation skills, a manufacturing-related background, a driver’s license, and approximately 10% overnight travel.
