AUM includes the discretionary and non-discretionary assets of Sands Capital Management, LLC as of June 30, 2022, and the gross assets of all funds (not including uncalled capital) for Sands Capital Ventures, LLC. Figures for Sands Capital Ventures LLC are updated 45-60 days after quarter-end.

Sands Capital Management, LLC (“Sands Capital”) is an independent investment management firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Sands Capital Management, LP is the principal owner of Sands Capital and, in turn, is principally owned directly and indirectly by the Sands Family and Sands Capital staff members. Sands Capital and Sands Capital Management, LP are ultimately controlled by Frank M. Sands. While the majority of ownership resides with the Sands family, there is a significant and growing percentage of the firm in the hands of key staff members including the entire senior investment team.
