Provide friendly, proactive customer service and sales support in-store during set evening hours. Maintain store standards, promote products, meet sales priorities, complete tasks and follow safe, legal working practices.

Serve customers across the shop floor and service points, provide product recommendations, support sales targets and promotions, maintain product availability and store standards, complete operational tasks, and follow safe and legal working practices. The role requires a positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to work 39 hours per week, five out of seven days, during afternoons.

Supervise day-to-day operations of an M&S food store: lead and motivate staff, maintain customer service and food-safety standards, manage stock and cash, open/close store, handle deliveries, and train new team members.
