Produces and coordinates shoots, negotiates fees, manages freelancers and interns, and maintains relationships with photographers, agencies and stock houses.

Produce short-form digital video for the beauty vertical from ideation through post-production: pitch concepts, write scripts/storyboards, direct shoots, edit and optimize content for web and social platforms, manage deadlines and freelance talent, and ensure licensing and distribution best practices.

Normalize, structure, and verify datasets for import into Material Bank systems. Prepare, compile, transcribe and correct data (including JSON), resolve data conflicts, and maintain database integrity while responding to information requests.
