Design and develop embedded firmware and Python applications for SSD/storage controllers (PCIe/NVMe). Create peripheral drivers, implement features from controller and NAND specs, debug firmware, collaborate cross-functionally, validate on ASIC platforms, and deliver quality firmware and Python tools on Linux.

Technical leader responsible for defining VLSI architecture and technology strategy for NAND Flash products. Drive innovation across architecture, circuit design, verification, silicon validation, and productisation. Lead cross-functional technical decisions, resolve critical silicon issues, develop IP and methodologies, and mentor senior engineering talent while representing the company externally.

Develop and harden a disaggregated storage platform running on embedded SoC/DPU: backend storage (SeaStore), Ceph control plane, and NFS data path. Build and optimize network and user-space I/O pipelines (TCP, RDMA/RoCE, NVMe, SPDK/DPDK), co-tune software with SSD media behavior, profile hot paths, and drive performance from PoC to product.
