Provides high-level administrative and operational support to a CFO organization and senior Finance leaders. Responsibilities include executive calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, agenda and action-item tracking, expense reconciliation, presentation preparation, document management, onboarding, organizational chart updates, and administrative process improvement. The role requires discretion, advanced Microsoft Office skills, AI-enabled productivity tool proficiency, strong organization, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage confidential information and competing priorities.

Owns end-to-end MRO category management for semiconductor manufacturing, including sourcing strategies, RFQs, supplier selection, contracts, cost optimization, risk mitigation, supply continuity, escalations, and supplier performance. Partners with engineering, operations, maintenance, planning, finance, quality, and legal teams to maintain equipment uptime and business continuity. Requires procurement experience, sourcing tools expertise, analytical ability, negotiation skills, and supplier management capabilities.
