Support and administer HR systems (Paycom, Compease, 15Five, HRIS), ensure data integrity and security, manage user access, troubleshoot and train users, support payroll/onboarding/benefits processes, run audits, produce reports and analytics, partner with IT and vendors for integrations and system improvements, and document configurations and SOPs.

Supervise Special Accounts Officers and Representatives overseeing delinquent and charged-off loan collections, repossessions, recovery efforts, reporting, compliance, and escalated member disputes. Manage staffing, schedules, performance, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and department procedures. Audit accounts, review charge-off recommendations, coordinate with attorneys and agencies, negotiate repayment arrangements, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and credit union policies.

Creates and manages branded marketing content across web, digital, print, video, and social media channels. Responsibilities include copywriting, graphic design, campaign strategy, social media management, content scheduling, review-platform engagement, performance analytics, reporting, and collaboration with marketing teams and vendors. The role supports omnichannel marketing initiatives, brand consistency, member engagement, lead conversion, and adherence to marketing plans, budgets, financial regulations, and organizational standards.
