Leads the design and expansion of regional infrastructure operations hubs supporting client physical AI deployments. Establishes hub blueprints, support models, SLAs, SLOs, incident processes, security baselines, on-call structures, and operational health reporting. Bootstraps new regional teams, hires and develops leaders, manages cross-country matrix collaboration, supports client security reviews, and partners with Legal, Cyber Security, IT Operations, and Platform teams on compliant, scalable operations.

Validates Sand’s products and market fit in the US private sector by conducting customer discovery, defining target segments, analyzing competition, designing pilots, and developing pricing and commercial cases. The role translates customer evidence into product and go-to-market decisions, identifies product gaps, and recommends whether to continue, adapt, or stop initiatives. It is a hands-on player-manager position requiring close collaboration with engineering, technical leads, clients, and leadership.

Build and maintain production-grade backend and full-stack software for a telecommunications product. Design APIs and reusable modules, establish CI/CD, testing, observability, and AWS deployment practices, integrate AI models and data pipelines, support testing and production operations, and mentor mid-level engineers in distributed cross-functional teams.
