Lead the creation and operation of an enterprise PMO supporting transformation programs. Establish governance, methodologies, reporting, KPIs, portfolio prioritization, and delivery processes. Oversee cross-functional initiatives involving ERP, finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and customer service. Drive process optimization, organizational change, executive communications, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Build a sustainable PMO and transition ownership to the client through documentation, knowledge transfer, coaching, and operational readiness.

Leads high-visibility fiber product and device initiatives from planning through delivery. Owns project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, documentation, and executive reporting. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Network, Operations, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders; resolves issues and drives accountability. Supports fiber product launches, device deployments, upgrades, certifications, and lifecycle management while ensuring business, technical, operational, and customer requirements are met.

Build and maintain data pipelines for network and operational telemetry, integrate DataMiner and other monitoring systems, create Power BI dashboards, configure monitoring metrics and alerts, automate reporting, analyze network performance and recovery events, and translate technical findings into actionable insights for technical and executive stakeholders.
