Identify, redesign, and implement optimized business processes to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and cost savings. Oversee delivery of internet speed enhancements by coordinating cross-functional teams, building technical program schedules, tracking progress, analyzing large Excel datasets, managing stakeholder relationships, escalating risks, performing quality checks to protect customer experience, and reporting status to senior management to drive timely issue resolution.

Lead cross-functional broadband programs focused on outage management to improve detection, processes, and customer communications. Build project plans, workflows, and BRDs; manage risks, governance, stakeholder communications, and status reporting. Partner with Business Analysts and technical teams to validate requirements, drive execution, and deliver operational improvements across product, operations, and customer experience.

Lead development and implementation of enterprise change management practices using PROSCI ADKAR. Design tools, communications, and training to drive adoption across programs and stakeholders. Partner with PMO and program teams to integrate change tactics, evaluate effectiveness, and coach client staff for sustained process and people change.

Short-term (2-3 month) remote role supporting transactional cloud email and marketing automation workflows. Build SQL-driven automations, design complex journeys, configure API-triggered campaigns, create data extensions for segmentation/personalization, perform end-to-end email QA (mobile/dark mode), proofread copy, and manage timelines while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Designs and delivers learning programs: conducts needs assessments, defines learning objectives, creates curriculum and materials, manages program schedules and dependencies, implements assessments, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports post-training analysis and change management.

Lead enterprise data governance, quality, MDM, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and migration efforts to support ERP implementations and large transformation programs. Support budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and workforce/headcount planning. Analyze operational spending, run contractor lifecycle and procurement processes, develop reports and dashboards, lead process improvements, maintain documentation, and prepare executive presentations to improve operational efficiency.

Lead M&A program and integration efforts across the enterprise: establish governance, create integration strategies and plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, track risks/budgets/schedules, produce executive reporting, drive Day 1 readiness and change management, and develop repeatable integration playbooks and templates.

Lead creation and operation of an enterprise PMO for large transformation programs. Build governance, operating model, tools, KPIs, and reporting; drive cross-functional process improvement, change management, portfolio governance, budget/schedule/risk oversight, and executive communications; transition a mature PMO to the client organization.

Analyze business questions using SQL and Excel, build dashboards and reports, synthesize findings into clear presentations, and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders to drive strategy.
