Lead end-to-end project management for a customer-facing service activation platform in the telecom/broadband space. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage schedules, risks, releases, UAT, operational readiness, support models, go-to-market activities, and executive communications to drive adoption and successful deployments.

Manage broadband and telecommunications network infrastructure projects (buildouts, installations, ring collapses). Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop project plans and schedules, track milestones, risks, and KPIs, lead stakeholder meetings, and report status to executive leadership.

The Technical Program Manager will lead Salesforce consolidation efforts, managing project plans and stakeholder collaboration while ensuring successful implementation.
