Conducts focus groups, interviews, surveys, benchmarking, and other research; analyzes findings; develops organizational recommendations, ROI analyses, strategic roadmaps, executive presentations, and implementation plans. Partners with stakeholders and leadership to translate research into organizational improvements and employee satisfaction gains. The engagement begins with extensive on-site research across U.S. locations before transitioning to remote recommendation development and implementation support.

Supports planning and delivery of mobile, technology, and business projects from requirements through implementation and post-launch. Coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains project plans and timelines, tracks risks and dependencies, documents requirements and decisions, supports Agile ceremonies, testing, UAT, reporting, and stakeholder communications. The role also analyzes processes and uses AI productivity tools to improve project tracking and team efficiency.

Develop business intelligence and analytics solutions using financial, operational, RF, and video performance data. Build scalable data models, dashboards, reports, automation workflows, and ETL/ELT processes using Power BI, Tableau, DataMiner, and Qligent. Analyze trends and anomalies, monitor satellite and video delivery performance, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders in a fully remote consulting role.
