Lead end-to-end executive searches for Sanctuary, building targeted market maps across real estate and adjacent industries. Source and engage passive senior candidates via outreach, events, and networks; assess fit rigorously; manage interviews, offers, and onboarding; partner with CEO and leadership to hire COO, Sales Director, and senior finance, operations, development, and construction leaders.

Draft and produce permit-ready Revit drawings for 114+ residential homes. Support permitting submissions, coordinate markups from engineers and consultants, maintain organized Revit models, follow workflows and templates, and communicate proactively. Remote role with required overlap with U.S. Central Time.

The Architect will manage large-scale site planning, lead conceptual designs, coordinate with teams, and ensure design specifications are met during execution.
