Owns execution for the CEO across special projects, board and investor support, business analysis, leadership communications, and cross-functional follow-through. Responsibilities include preparing meeting briefs, tracking decisions, building financial models and presentations, analyzing HubSpot data, drafting communications, improving processes, and supporting international expansion and events. The role is on-site in Istanbul, highly demanding, and designed to progress into a functional leadership position.

Lead new-business revenue for Türkiye and Azerbaijan, close enterprise (€50K+ ACV) deals, build and manage distributed sales teams, implement sales methodology and HubSpot-driven sales operations, create playbooks and onboarding, partner with marketing, product and customer success, and contribute to strategic pricing and geographic expansion decisions.

As a Talent Acquisition & Culture Specialist, you'll handle sourcing, onboarding, employee events, and support for People Ops processes. You'll ensure positive experiences for new hires and contribute to team culture.
