Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement while supporting various HR functions and following HR policies and procedures.

Lead new-business revenue for Türkiye and Azerbaijan, close enterprise (€50K+ ACV) deals, build and manage distributed sales teams, implement sales methodology and HubSpot-driven sales operations, create playbooks and onboarding, partner with marketing, product and customer success, and contribute to strategic pricing and geographic expansion decisions.

Lead and execute full-funnel growth across Europe, MENA and the US: acquisition, activation, conversion, brand, demand and lifecycle. Run experiments, own pipeline/CAC/LTV, build content/SEO/paid/web programs, support GTM with sales, run events/webinars, measure attribution and scale a growth team.
