Supports front desk operations by managing reservations, calls, emails, guest check-ins, seating, concierge services, group information, and member concerns. Uses SevenRooms and Peoplevine, assists with team training, enforces club policies, prints menus, coordinates communications across departments, and maintains an organized workspace. Requires professional guest service, clear communication, flexibility for irregular shifts, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Operates and maintains commercial dishwashing equipment, cleans and sanitizes kitchenware, pots, pans, utensils, floors, storage areas, garbage containers, and kitchen equipment. Monitors sanitation standards, chemical and water usage, equipment condition, supplies, and safety hazards. Restocks workstations, assists with inventory, supports kitchen operations, and completes additional cleaning duties in a fast-paced food service environment.
