Review and enter invoices, reconcile vendor statements, run payables, maintain vendor records (W-9s), process annual 1099s, and perform additional accounting office tasks. Dealership experience is a plus.

Support customers through the car-buying process by registering them on the Ford app, explaining new and used vehicle technology, handling delivery logistics (fueling, washing, parking on delivery pad), answering phone inquiries, and organizing vehicle keys. Requires a valid state driver's license and adherence to a dress code.

Provide front-desk support: answer phones, take messages, greet customers, perform daily filing, mail-outs, and miscellaneous administrative tasks in a professional sales office.

Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles, guide test drives, support customers through the purchase process, maintain product and inventory knowledge, follow up with prospects and sold customers, schedule appointments, attend sales meetings, and keep the showroom and lot tidy.
