Collects and analyzes data, performs engineering calculations, assists with designs, reports, cost estimates, specifications, hydraulic modeling, permitting, contract administration, project management, and construction services. Reviews technical documents for compliance with standards, project requirements, budgets, and schedules. The role also involves field observation, cross-functional coordination, emergency support, and continued professional development.
