Provide leadership and direction for implementation of the Self-Determination Program, assist with budgets and spending plans, coordinate services, support service coordinators and families, ensure compliance, develop training, manage a case load (~1:45), document case activities, and collaborate with fiscal, facilitators, and FMS providers.
