Provide front-desk customer service for the SF SPCA Veterinary Hospital: greet and check in clients, schedule appointments, manage patient records and payments, perform reconciliations, assist with intake/discharge, handle client outreach and sensitive situations, maintain facility cleanliness, and promote retail and hospital policies.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Shelter Behavior team: maintain behavior records, update case information and visit plans, triage and document foster behavior concerns, coordinate behavior services and training logistics, prepare training spaces, and support daily shelter behavior operations.
