Supports daily gallery operations, visitor services, exhibitions, tours, public programs, and special events. Responsibilities include opening and closing the gallery, monitoring exhibitions, tracking attendance, maintaining records, assisting with installations and deinstallations, coordinating artists, vendors, and contractors, and providing scheduling, purchasing, invoice, inventory, financial, and marketing support. The role also serves as a public point of contact for Arts Commission resources and requires regular evening and weekend availability.

Manages workforce development and front-end employment services for public benefits participants. Oversees the CalFRESH Employment and Training program, Public Service Trainee and Workfare programs, regulatory compliance, service center operations, contracts, staff supervision, workforce partnerships, reporting systems, budgets, and performance monitoring. Develops coordinated workforce pathways aligned with economic mobility and equity goals while supporting policy implementation, staff training, and operational decision-making.

Leads San Francisco’s citywide enterprise risk management strategy, insurance and risk-financing programs, contractual risk transfer, claims, and risk analysis. Advises senior city officials and departments, establishes policies and frameworks, manages insurers and professional providers, oversees a $50 million annual insurance budget, and strengthens organizational resilience across complex public services and infrastructure.
