Provide executive nursing leadership for Laguna Honda Hospital: direct all nursing services, ensure federal/state regulatory compliance, oversee MDS/RAI and QAPI processes, manage staffing and budgets, implement clinical programs, supervise and mentor nursing staff, collaborate with CEO/medical staff, and enforce infection control and medication policies.
