Manage daily operations of Pre-College and Early Childhood programs, coordinate lessons, classes, events, recitals, and masterclasses; handle registration, advising for certificate programs, maintain ASAP database and tuition records, support Continuing Education and interdepartmental projects, and serve as primary Saturday contact for students, parents, and faculty.

Manage box office, front-of-house, event bookings, and performance calendar. Oversee Box Office Coordinator and student staff, coordinate scheduling, ticketing (Spektrix), venue rentals, and cross-departmental event planning.
