Manages San Francisco Ballet’s Friends membership program for donors giving $75–$2,499. Responsibilities include donor solicitation, stewardship, portfolio management, communications, prospecting, campaign support, CRM record maintenance, segmentation analysis, and donor event planning. The role cultivates donor relationships, supports fundraising events, coordinates benefits and requests, and represents the organization at performances and supporter activities.

The role provides guidance to managers and employees, administers Paycom and JIRA HR systems, supports union-related matters, maintains compliance with federal, California, and San Francisco employment laws, and serves as a trusted partner to HR leadership across a diverse arts organization.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple open requisitions, including candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, hiring-manager communication, applicant tracking, and process optimization. Support Jira HR Hub, Paycom LMS and compliance-training rollouts, safety and IIPP initiatives, and school safety compliance tracking. The role requires hands-on Jira and Paycom implementation, workflow mapping, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and careful handling of confidential information.
