Serve as the Tessitura functional administrator and CRM operations partner supporting configuration, user onboarding, documentation, training, data quality, reporting, integrations, upgrades, and cross-departmental CRM processes for ticketing, audience development, development, and brand teams.

Lead SF Ballet's brand identity, media relations, digital strategy, and creative production to build institutional reputation and support revenue and philanthropic goals. Oversee communications, PR, editorial, website, social media, creative vendors, and a multi-person team; coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, philanthropy, artistic leadership, and operations. Manage crisis communications, media partnerships, and campaign content; set brand standards and measure performance.
