Lead SF Ballet's brand identity, media relations, digital strategy, and creative production to build institutional reputation and support revenue and philanthropic goals. Oversee communications, PR, editorial, website, social media, creative vendors, and a multi-person team; coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, philanthropy, artistic leadership, and operations. Manage crisis communications, media partnerships, and campaign content; set brand standards and measure performance.

Senior frontline fundraiser managing a portfolio of 75-100 major gift prospects ($1M+). Cultivate and solicit transformational donors, develop solicitation strategies, prepare proposals and stewardship materials, coordinate campaign strategy with leadership and volunteers, and maintain moves management in Tessitura. Support campaign events and donor stewardship.

Provide live piano accompaniment for ballet classes and outreach programs, collaborate with faculty, adapt tempo/phrasing/dynamics, improvise as needed, create a supportive musical environment, attend occasional meetings and training, and be punctual and prepared.
