Lead IT strategy and operations for a $70M nonprofit, overseeing infrastructure, cloud (Microsoft 365/Azure), cybersecurity, disaster recovery, IT asset management, performing-arts and school-specific systems, vendor and budget management, and a small IT team to support live performances, ticketing, CRM, and BI initiatives.

Manage budgeting, expenses, payroll, contracts, and administrative operations for artistic, production, music, and company departments. Oversee front-of-house operations, union negotiations, vendor payments, visas, safety/emergency planning, and performance logistics while developing financial analyses and process improvements.

Lead SF Ballet's brand identity, media relations, digital strategy, and creative production to build institutional reputation and support revenue and philanthropic goals. Oversee communications, PR, editorial, website, social media, creative vendors, and a multi-person team; coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, philanthropy, artistic leadership, and operations. Manage crisis communications, media partnerships, and campaign content; set brand standards and measure performance.
