Teams at San Diego Symphony Orchestra Association

Coordinates orchestra operations, rehearsals, concerts, auditions, musician hiring, payroll support, contracts, travel, transportation, insurance, and administrative communications. Serves as a liaison among musicians, conductors, guest artists, stage personnel, and Symphony staff while supporting compliance with the Master Agreement. The role requires strong organization, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, schedule flexibility for performances, and physical mobility backstage.
