Develops and administers quality assurance programs for consumer lending, verifies loan data and documentation, monitors regulatory compliance, identifies process improvements, and reports audit findings and trends to management. The role maintains lending policy knowledge, supports AML/BSA compliance activities, meets service-level and regulatory timelines, and recommends corrective actions.

Provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning and investment advice to credit union members. Develops customized financial plans, delivers ongoing guidance, prospects and follows up with members, and collaborates with branch employees. The advisor also trains branch staff on investment goals, maintains regulatory and ethical standards, completes required education, and travels to multiple branches and administrative locations as scheduled.

Processes and researches ATM, Visa, debit, credit, and POS transactions, including disputes and fraud claims. Uses banking applications to resolve exceptions, maintain account files, process adjustments, prepare reports, and balance general ledger transactions. Supports staff and members by phone, email, and written correspondence. Performs ATM and Visa fraud analysis and follows AML/BSA, CTR, OFAC, and suspicious-activity procedures. This is a full-time, rotational schedule requiring occasional Saturday and late-Friday coverage.
