Leads enterprise-wide philanthropic strategy, fundraising, donor and institutional relationships, major campaigns, Board engagement, and Development Department operations. Advises the CEO and Board on organizational growth, financial sustainability, reputation, and resource development. Oversees major gifts, grants, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving, stewardship, staff leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and measurable revenue outcomes.

Provides administrative and coordination support for contracts, facilities, vendors, and operational projects. Maintains contract repositories, trackers, records, approvals, deadlines, renewals, and confidential documentation. Coordinates communications, scheduling, inspections, vendors, and cross-departmental follow-up. Prepares reports and dashboards, supports process improvements, and assists with operational transitions and special projects while ensuring accurate documentation and timely issue escalation.

Provides administrative and executive support to the Chief Program Officers, including calendar and communication management, meeting and event coordination, project and deadline tracking, compliance documentation, internship coordination, reporting, and confidential records management. The role serves as a liaison among program leaders, executives, external partners, schools, vendors, and community stakeholders while supporting trainings, board materials, contracts, licensing, audits, and organizational initiatives.
