Leads financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, treasury, audit, compliance, risk management, and revenue-cycle oversight for a nonprofit behavioral health organization. Advises the CEO and Board, develops financial models, manages liquidity and investments, strengthens internal controls, and evaluates programs and strategic opportunities. Supervises and develops the finance and accounting team while partnering with organizational leaders to improve sustainability, financial accountability, and operational performance.

Manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure compliance with federal and California labor laws, reconcile benefits and deductions, audit payroll data, troubleshoot HRIS/timekeeping issues, produce reports, partner with HR and Finance, and support year-end activities and payroll audits.

Support Program Manager by overseeing clinical services, provide individual and group supervision, supervise trainees and clinicians, sign BBS hours, assist hiring/onboarding, maintain documentation and clinical tools, carry a limited caseload as needed, attend clinical committees, ensure staff training and licensure compliance.
