Lead brand management for Tangle and Samyang brands, develop marketing strategies, oversee product launches, manage P&L, and mentor the marketing team.

Provide in-house legal, compliance, contract, and governance support for U.S., Canada, and LATAM operations. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements; advise on regulatory, import/customs, labeling, and consumer protection issues; oversee dispute and claims management; maintain legal operations, trackers, and KPIs; and partner with internal teams, external counsel, and Korea headquarters to manage legal risk and enable commercial growth.

Lead trade marketing for ethnic/multicultural channels: own pricing, promotions, promotion calendars, commercial execution, and sales operations. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Strategy. Manage merchandising, ROI analysis, product commercialization readiness, and coach the sales operations team to improve execution and profitability.
