Leads Samsung Semiconductor’s sales engagement with a strategic Tier 1 customer. Responsibilities include account strategy, customer relationship management, design-win development for DRAM and NAND products, sales forecasting, revenue attainment, negotiations, product and roadmap support, competitive analysis, cross-functional collaboration, international customer meetings, and leadership of a high-performing sales team.

Designs and verifies high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for memory I/O interfaces, including data converters, PLLs, and SERDES. Owns circuit and system specifications, guides layout and floor planning, performs simulations with advanced EDA tools, documents results, and supports silicon bring-up and automated measurement. The role requires expertise in high-speed interfaces, clock distribution, CMOS technology, PPA tradeoffs, scripting, and collaboration with device, process, verification, and layout teams.

Leads Samsung’s federal government relations strategy for semiconductor manufacturing and advanced technology policy. Builds relationships with Congress, the Executive Branch, governors, trade associations, and industry coalitions; advances priorities involving the CHIPS Act, export controls, tax incentives, trade, supply chains, and critical minerals. Coordinates political events, PAC engagement, advocacy campaigns, stakeholder activities, and internal policy communications while advising semiconductor business teams and senior management on legislative and regulatory developments.
