Analyzes transportation, carrier, market, and historical pricing data to develop profitable customer pricing recommendations. Supports RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes; sources and negotiates with carriers; evaluates transportation costs, capacity, and market trends; maintains pricing models and vendor records; and prepares reports and dashboards. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance, using Excel, SAP, TMS, and related tools to improve procurement, pricing accuracy, and bid turnaround.

Leads multiple warehouse optimization, productivity, and automation projects from scoping through implementation. Develops project timelines, budgets, resource plans, executive reporting, and performance analysis. Partners with warehouse teams to standardize processes and train onsite staff, while collaborating with operations, IT, engineering, and vendors. Evaluates layouts and workflows, identifies inefficiencies and risks, manages mitigation strategies, and communicates project outcomes to leadership and clients.

Provide onsite SAP MM support at a large manufacturing facility: maintain material/vendor master data, troubleshoot interfaces with legacy systems, lead MM project workstreams, support month/year-end closings, document processes, deliver training, and propose process improvements and automation.
