Lead cross-market strategic projects from inception to completion, drive accountability and process improvement, build and coach teams, identify and remove bottlenecks, and deliver measurable business results while partnering closely with founders and international teams. Role requires regular travel and extended on-site stays across markets.

Lead deployment and integration of AI solutions, bridge research and engineering, design scalable AI workflows, integrate and validate model performance and reliability, and collaborate across teams while travelling to support implementation across markets.

Own and drive business development projects across multiple markets: set goals, create and execute strategic plans, identify and remove bottlenecks, build teams, improve processes, and travel regularly to work hands-on with local teams to drive measurable growth and partnerships.
