Manage construction project accounting, including owner invoicing, subcontractor pay applications, vendor invoices, payment approvals, lien waivers, insurance certificates, retainage releases, closeout documentation, expense reports, and credit card reconciliations. Collaborate with project and group managers while ensuring accurate documentation, timely payments, and compliance with risk-management procedures.

Leads business development for commercial and industrial construction, driving client acquisition, market expansion, strategic relationships, proposals, pipeline management, and revenue growth. Focus areas include advanced manufacturing, data centers, distribution facilities, and complex industrial projects. Partners with preconstruction, project management, field operations, marketing, and executive teams while mentoring junior staff and monitoring business development KPIs.

The Regional Controller prepares regional financial statements, WIP schedules, general ledger reconciliations, project forecasts, budgets, and audit materials. This role manages month-end and year-end close activities, reviews contracts, presents financial insights to leadership, and improves financial processes, controls, and reporting. The position partners with regional and corporate finance teams and requires regular travel to Raleigh and Wilmington.
