Teams at Samaritan Daytop Village

Provides case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Conducts intakes and psychosocial assessments, develops independent living plans, coordinates housing and community-service referrals, monitors client progress, maintains records, submits reports, and advocates for clients while collaborating with external organizations.

Provides peer-based, recovery-oriented support to individuals with mental health or substance use challenges. Responsibilities include mentoring, advocacy, recovery planning, service coordination, community outreach, accompaniment to appointments, benefits assistance, and detailed documentation. The role requires lived recovery experience, collaboration with providers and families, adherence to evidence-based practices, and support for independent living and community inclusion.

Oversee front-end clinic operations, supervise and train clerical staff, manage patient scheduling and information, ensure accurate billing and patient records, greet patients, handle correspondence, and support the Program Director with administrative functions.
