Build and evolve Seastack’s data center optimization platform across backend services, data models, frontend interfaces, and infrastructure. Develop Python and FastAPI APIs; create React, Next.js, and TypeScript experiences; manage ClickHouse and MongoDB schemas; contribute to Azure-based DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate with product and data science teams, lead technical reviews, translate requirements into system designs, mentor teammates, and perform code reviews.

Coordinates environmental, health, and safety programs for hyperscale data centers. Conducts inspections, audits, hazard assessments, incident investigations, and compliance reporting. Develops safety training, reviews contractor safety plans, supports project incident response, and maintains environmental permits. Tracks sustainability metrics including waste, energy, water, and emissions, while evaluating conservation and green-energy initiatives. Collaborates with management, agencies, contractors, construction managers, and customers to mitigate operational risks and improve safety culture.

Coordinates project builds by managing procurement, vendors, logistics, inventory, budgets, change orders, risks, and cross-functional communications. Tracks prototype and engineering-build materials, supports local assembly activities, prepares dashboards, documents requirements, organizes approvals, and follows up on issues and action items. The role requires spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, independent task management, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and working outdoors or around elevated noise.
