Leads supplier quality management for medical device materials, components, finished devices, and services. Responsibilities include supplier qualification, risk assessment, quality agreements, performance monitoring, audits, change management, nonconformance investigations, SCARs, CAPAs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure product quality and inspection readiness.

Manages medical device sales new-hire onboarding, training, certification, field training events, virtual content, and ongoing professional development. Develops curricula, assessments, training KPIs, and learning processes while collaborating with sales, marketing, R&D, clinical, HR, and global teams. Serves as a subject matter expert in spinal cord stimulation and Saluda’s closed-loop technology. The remote role requires attendance at in-person events, extended travel, occasional weekend work, and regulatory compliance.

Manages commercial execution and clinical performance for Saluda Medical’s Evoke spinal cord stimulation therapy across the Milwaukee territory. Responsibilities include sales geography management, clinician training, market development, business opportunity identification, revenue growth, customer and key opinion leader relationship development, go-to-market execution, competitive intelligence, and market research. The role requires medical device sales experience, operating-room device experience, patient follow-up interaction, documented sales success, and travel up to 50%.
