The role requires medical device sales experience, operating room experience, patient follow-up interaction, documented sales success, and travel up to 50%.

Provides clinical and technical support for neuromodulation products across physician and hospital accounts. Responsibilities include physician education, product demonstrations, operating room and procedure support, troubleshooting, programming, patient follow-up, and maintaining clinical relationships. Partners with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to communicate product and market feedback while supporting sales opportunities and customer success.

Provides clinical and technical support for implantable neuromodulation products across hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers. Supports sales opportunities, physician and staff education, product demonstrations, procedure and case support, troubleshooting, programming, installation, maintenance, and patient follow-up. Builds relationships with clinical and hospital personnel while communicating product and market insights to sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
