Responsible for managing multi-state payroll, HRIS data integrity, compliance tracking for licenses and permits, and improving HR processes.

Lead brand identity and storytelling for Salted’s brands (primarily moonbowls). Ensure consistent messaging across channels, guide culinary roadmap, own post‑purchase retention and loyalty, build market entry strategies, manage influencer and editorial programs, shape external communications, and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives.

The Business Analyst role involves analyzing data to provide actionable insights, improve performance, support budgeting, and enhance operational efficiency while collaborating cross-functionally.
