Own Salted’s growth engine across delivery marketplaces, DTC websites, lifecycle marketing, storefronts, and catering. Responsibilities include multivariate and A/B testing, funnel optimization, retention campaigns, cohort and profitability analysis, marketplace management, market expansion, and developing scalable growth playbooks. The role partners with executive, brand, culinary, operations, and business development teams to increase conversion, customer frequency, lifetime value, and profitable growth.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, variance analysis, multi-state payroll, HRIS operations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance across a growing restaurant business. Owns financial statement accuracy, payroll tax filings, licenses, permits, certifications, and scalable process improvements while advising leadership and partnering with accounting and HR teams.
