Owns financial statement accuracy, payroll tax filings, licenses, permits, certifications, and scalable process improvements while advising leadership and partnering with accounting and HR teams.

Lead brand identity and storytelling for Salted’s brands (primarily moonbowls). Ensure consistent messaging across channels, guide culinary roadmap, own post‑purchase retention and loyalty, build market entry strategies, manage influencer and editorial programs, shape external communications, and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
