Teams at Saltbox

Build and lead Saltbox’s demand generation function from the ground up. Own demand strategy, pipeline targets, market-launch campaigns, budgets, paid and owned performance, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and lead-funnel reporting. Manage and coach a growing team and external agencies while generating qualified leads, tours, marketing-sourced pipeline, and services revenue. This player-coach role requires hands-on campaign execution and the creation of scalable systems, launch playbooks, KPIs, and team processes.

Leads daily dock sortation operations, managing package scanning, sorting, staging, dispatch, SLA performance, quality compliance, and exception handling. Supervises and trains 2–7 specialists, coordinates driver handoffs, monitors throughput, maintains operational and device standards, and submits daily reports. The role requires early-morning availability, hands-on floor leadership, accurate execution, and performance against strict delivery and loss-rate targets.
