Process and sort inbound packages using handheld scanners and the Sort App, maintain target scan rates, stage batches for driver pickup, assist with dispatch reconciliation, and keep the sortation area organized and safe.

Lead early-morning dock sortation: run pallet-to-driver workflows, supervise 2–7 specialists, enforce SLAs and quality, coordinate drivers, handle exceptions, and submit daily ops reports.

Operate handheld scanners to presort and bin-assign packages, meet scan-rate targets, stage batches for drivers, assist dispatch and end-of-shift reconciliation, and maintain a clean, safe sortation area in an early-morning on-site warehouse role.
