Leads daily dock sortation operations, managing package scanning, sorting, staging, dispatch, SLA performance, quality compliance, and exception handling. Supervises and trains 2–7 specialists, coordinates driver handoffs, monitors throughput, maintains operational and device standards, and submits daily reports. The role requires early-morning availability, hands-on floor leadership, accurate execution, and performance against strict delivery and loss-rate targets.

Process hundreds of packages per shift by scanning, sorting, staging, and dispatching them accurately. Responsibilities include driver handoff coordination, departure scanning, package reconciliation, workspace organization, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires standing for six or more hours, moving packages up to 50 pounds, using handheld devices, working early morning shifts on a rotating schedule, and supporting broader logistics and building operations as needed.

Lead and operate a new Saltbox location in Elmhurst, IL: own occupancy, revenue, member retention, team hiring and development, operational standards, SOPs, and vendor/labor budgets. Build systems pre-opening, manage day-to-day location performance, resolve member escalations, and represent the location to market and central teams.
