Build and maintain a backend-first fullstack platform for governed AI workflows: design Python/Django services, APIs, Kubernetes-backed execution, agent orchestration, permission-aware data access, observability, frontend surfaces in TypeScript/React, and platform abstractions to make distributed AI workflows reliable, auditable, and usable by regulated customers.

Work with the CBO and Sales Solutions team to design, prototype, and implement agent-based AI workflows and ML prototypes for life sciences and enterprise use cases. Build demonstrations on Salt's orchestration platform, reproduce research, support model development, research domain requirements, and create reusable templates and documentation for commercial adoption.

Design and build high-craft fullstack product experiences (frontend-focused) for AI-driven, regulated workflows. Own React/TypeScript interfaces, design systems, APIs, backend contracts, runtime behavior, failure modes, and customer-facing quality across platform and application layers.
