Analyze social conversations using listening tools to identify sentiment, trends, themes, and emerging topics. Translate data into actionable insights for brand, campaign, newsroom, strategy, and creative teams. Maintain listening scans, support briefs, educate stakeholders on tool capabilities, contribute to ideation, and create clear reports explaining what is happening, why it matters, and what teams should watch next.

Manage client relationships and experiential marketing programs from planning through execution and wrap-up. Coordinate cross-functional teams, Brand Ambassadors, Coordinators, and Account Executives; manage program budgets, analyze consumer data, present to stakeholders, identify industry trends, solve challenges, and support business growth and internal process improvements. The role is hybrid in Toronto with two required office days weekly.

Lead portfolio marketing strategy across multiple brands, developing occasion-based campaigns, creative briefs, communications plans, channel strategies, and shopper marketing initiatives. Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to generate ideas, translate research into insights, and present compelling recommendations. The role focuses on retail, shopper, paid media, online, and traditional retail environments to drive cross-selling, incremental purchases, and business growth.
