The Agency Communications Manager executes internal and external communications for a marketing agency. The role develops messaging and content across channels, maintains brand voice, builds media relationships, and collaborates with executive, marketing, social, and People & Culture teams.

Leads Salt XC’s North American marketing and communications strategy, including executive communications, public relations, earned media, thought leadership, awards, social media, internal communications, employee engagement, and employer branding. Partners with executive leadership, People & Culture, creative teams, media, and PR agencies to strengthen brand reputation, ensure consistent messaging, and amplify company milestones across Canada and the United States.
