Provides trauma-informed crisis intervention, advocacy, assessments, referrals, and follow-up services to child crime victims and families. Coordinates forensic medical exams, interviews, interpreters, transportation, and multidisciplinary case reviews. Maintains confidential records, operates digital recording systems, tracks cases through the justice process, collects outcome data, and supports victim services operations. Requires responsiveness to urgent investigations, occasional late shifts, and after-hours or weekend calls.

Prosecuting attorneys review investigative reports, screen cases, prepare warrants and legal documents, negotiate pleas, conduct trials and hearings, research law, prepare witnesses, handle appeals, and provide legal training. Openings span entry through senior levels, with responsibilities and supervision varying by grade. Applicants must be bar members eligible to practice in Utah and pass ongoing criminal background checks.

Coordinates human resources functions for a division, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, leave administration, benefits support, onboarding, training compliance, personnel actions, and policy consultation. Advises leadership on HR planning, classifications, salaries, and employee issues while maintaining confidential records and supporting investigations and workforce decisions.
