The Software Engineer will design and maintain integrations, build internal tools, develop APIs, and ensure reliable data flow across systems in a healthcare setting.

As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain data pipelines, convert data into metrics, and operate the platform on AWS. Responsibilities include writing production code, processing data from APIs, and enhancing the orchestration layer using Dagster, while ensuring compliance in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

Establish and run research operations at the Fremont clinic, manage day-to-day conduct of clinical trials (startup to closeout), coordinate participants and data entry in EDC systems, prepare regulatory/IRB submissions, ensure GCP/FDA compliance, liaise with sponsors/CROs, manage inventory and monitoring visits, and mentor junior staff as the site grows.
