Lead site-level execution of Phase I-III clinical trials from startup through closeout. Manage sponsor/CRO and IRB interactions, participant recruitment and visits, regulatory documentation, EDC data entry, monitoring visits, and mentor junior staff while ensuring GCP/FDA compliance and study timelines.

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outpatient clinics, manage clinic leads and administrative staff, improve key metrics (utilization, no-shows, documentation), implement standardized workflows, lead clinic openings and launches, drive process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain data pipelines, convert data into metrics, and operate the platform on AWS. Responsibilities include writing production code, processing data from APIs, and enhancing the orchestration layer using Dagster, while ensuring compliance in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
