Develop and implement Salesforce engineering solutions for private credit operations. Build Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components; manage integrations, data dependencies, and case workflows. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance while using Agile practices, Git, Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with product, design, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and communicate progress, risks, and technical issues.

Leads the Operations Education strategy, including employee training, continuing education, capability development, learning governance, and performance improvement. Partners with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Experience teams to identify skill gaps and translate business data into scalable learning programs. Oversees curricula, instructional approaches, evaluation, budgets, resources, change enablement, and education project portfolios while developing a high-performing education team.

Supports user acceptance testing for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations. Responsibilities include developing and executing test cases, participating in test planning, tracking defects, validating functionality with business users, documenting results, and supporting issue resolution with engineering teams. The internship provides exposure to Agile development, enterprise testing, CRM workflows, data models, and cross-functional collaboration.
