Manage the annual audit plan and conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits. Evaluate internal controls, policies, procedures, and risks; document findings and recommendations; communicate results to management; and monitor remediation activities. The role also requires staying current on regulatory changes and improving audit methodologies.

Designs, codes, tests, deploys, and maintains reliable, scalable software systems. Owns moderately complex features and services, collaborates with engineers, product managers, and designers, participates in code reviews and documentation, and resolves technical issues across the software stack, including production troubleshooting and sustainable fixes.

Contact customers about overdue accounts, explain repayment options, encourage payments, and provide empathetic, professional service. Accurately document calls, payments, repayment plans, and account information while meeting quality, compliance, and productivity goals. The role requires strong communication, listening, negotiation, probing, influencing, basic computer skills, schedule flexibility, and willingness to work in-office initially, then in a hybrid environment.
