Lead daily treasury operations including cash management, funds transfers, bank account administration, payment processing, reconciliations, and issue resolution. Manage and develop a team, drive process improvements and automation, support Treasury technology initiatives, ensure strong controls and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology, and external banking partners.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates employee training programs for new hires and tenured contact-center staff. Directly manages, coaches, and develops education employees while monitoring performance, attendance, compliance, and readiness for production. Develops curricula covering banking systems, customer service, compliance, and soft skills; aligns training with contact-center KPIs; provides reinforcement and coaching; manages LMS reporting; and partners with HR, operations, quality, compliance, and customer experience teams.
