The Manager, Corporate Finance & Transactions Paralegal oversees paralegal operations, assisting attorneys with legal documentation, SEC filings, and managing projects related to finance transactions.

Support planning, creation, implementation, and management of customer communications across channels. Produce and edit letters, emails, online content, and chatbot scripts; ensure brand voice consistency; coordinate rapid remediation responses with business, IT, and risk partners; manage multiple projects on tight timelines; act as subject matter expert for communications processes and products.
