Drive technical program execution for Taylor, coordinating product engineering and FDE teams on reliability, scalability, customer launches, feature planning, release readiness, and onboarding playbooks. Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, customer requests, field fixes, and alignment between customer commitments and engineering delivery in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Own and scale Salient’s production telephony platform, including SIP infrastructure, Asterisk, call servers, audio and dialing layers, Kubernetes deployments, observability, security, and customer integrations. Responsibilities include completing migration work, ensuring reliability, supporting zero-downtime deployments, capacity planning for high call volumes, implementing failover and self-recovery, integrating SIP trunks and contact-center platforms, and developing self-service configuration tools. The role requires deep SIP, SDP, RTP, networking, real-time media, and production operations expertise.

Own and standardize Salient’s multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Render. Responsibilities include Terraform-based infrastructure as code, capacity planning, autoscaling, cloud cost attribution and reduction, observability, incident response, reliability, and secure infrastructure supporting SOC 2 requirements. The role partners with engineering, product, finance, and leadership to improve platform consistency, scalability, auditability, and cost efficiency for real-time AI workloads.
