Build and lead the customer success function: onboard new accounts, create playbooks and help-center content, monitor usage and proactively engage low-adoption accounts, run regular check-ins/QBRs, and surface customer success stories while partnering with founders and product.

Work with founders to scale customer setup, revenue operations, product operations, and internal systems. Onboard customers, manage CRM workflows and dashboards, surface product feedback, use data and AI to improve processes, and build playbooks and documentation to enable company growth.

Own the full sales cycle selling SalesJack's SaaS platform to independent LBM dealers across North America. Build pipeline via outbound, inbound, partners and events; navigate multi-stakeholder deals; scope and run paid pilots with implementation; expand accounts; and influence messaging, pricing, and product roadmap.
