Owns broad startup operations across people ops, HR administration, systems access, equity and cap table management, investor relations, vendor and expense administration, legal coordination, security compliance, and company events. Serves as the primary problem-solver for employees and managers, handling urgent systems and people issues with discretion. Requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong organization, communication, platform proficiency, and comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Manage a portfolio of post-onboarding SMB SaaS clients, build stakeholder relationships, monitor AI agent performance, drive renewals and expansion, run performance reviews using data, identify risks, coordinate handoffs with onboarding, and relay client insights to product and GTM teams.

Develop and maintain an AI product full-stack: build backend services (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and frontend apps (React/Angular/Vue) using TypeScript/JavaScript and Python, collaborate with a small product team, use GitHub, and contribute in a fast-paced startup. Interest or experience with LLMs is a bonus.
