Provides first- and second-line helpdesk support for bank employees and locations, resolving desktop hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues. Manages support tickets, documentation, knowledgebase updates, workstation builds, PC inventory, vendor coordination, and service-level performance. Collaborates with engineering, supports projects and production tickets, assists with onboarding and training, and helps identify recurring issues and preventative improvements.

Leads Salem Five’s talent acquisition function while personally managing full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, employer branding, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, talent pipeline development, recruitment technology management, compliance, metrics, and hiring forecasts. The role supervises one direct report, coaches the recruiting team, partners with executives and hiring managers, attends career fairs, and recruits across banking and other organizational functions.
