Teams at Salem Academy and College

Administers Ellucian PowerCampus and related enterprise applications, databases, integrations, reporting, Microsoft 365 services, identity systems, and automation tools. Supports ERP implementation, configuration, testing, migration, troubleshooting, security, documentation, training, and post-go-live stabilization. Develops SQL queries, reports, dashboards, APIs, and workflow automations while coordinating technology projects and collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Leads the Academy and College’s accounting and financial reporting functions, including general ledger, audits, treasury, grants, endowments, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. Oversees financial systems and reporting, supervises accounting staff, supports institutional decision-making, and provides financial guidance to senior leadership, the Board, and departments. Ensures compliance with GAAP, regulations, donor restrictions, grant requirements, and nonprofit higher education accounting standards.

Serve as the primary administrator for Ellucian Colleague ERP, handling configuration, security, reporting, integrations, testing, upgrades, and Tier II/III support. Develop reports, automate workflows, maintain documentation, partner with functional offices, coordinate vendors, support Microsoft 365/Power Platform/identity solutions, and assist with data governance, disaster recovery, and IT asset management.
