Oversee alumnae engagement strategy and daily operations, plan and execute reunions, regional and virtual events, manage alumnae boards and communications, coordinate with Institutional Advancement and Marketing to increase engagement among 15,000+ alumnae, support annual giving and volunteer engagement, and handle travel, evening and weekend event needs.

The Vice President for Institutional Advancement is responsible for leading all fundraising initiatives, building donor relationships, and overseeing staff to achieve financial goals and enhance institutional visibility.

Owns the end-to-end student accounts receivable function: billing, payment posting, payment plans, collections, third-party billing, reconciliations, reporting, 1098-T filing, audit support, and AR system maintenance while ensuring compliance with FERPA, Title IV, and PCI DSS.
