Leads the Academy and College’s accounting and financial reporting functions, including general ledger, audits, treasury, grants, endowments, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. Oversees financial systems and reporting, supervises accounting staff, supports institutional decision-making, and provides financial guidance to senior leadership, the Board, and departments. Ensures compliance with GAAP, regulations, donor restrictions, grant requirements, and nonprofit higher education accounting standards.

Oversee alumnae engagement strategy and daily operations, plan and execute reunions, regional and virtual events, manage alumnae boards and communications, coordinate with Institutional Advancement and Marketing to increase engagement among 15,000+ alumnae, support annual giving and volunteer engagement, and handle travel, evening and weekend event needs.

The Vice President for Institutional Advancement is responsible for leading all fundraising initiatives, building donor relationships, and overseeing staff to achieve financial goals and enhance institutional visibility.
